You can add two types of users to your Surveyapp account: Admin Users and Restricted Users.
Admin Users are able to create or edit surveys, reports, or alerts. Admin Users can also add new users to your account or remove existing users.
Restricted Users can only view or download survey data (response Excel extracts, PDF or Excel reports, dashboards or wallboards).
How to add an Admin user
- Login to Surveyapp then go to the users list
- Invite a user with the new email. Make sure to switch on the “Make Admin?” toggle
Once the user accepts your invite, they will be an Admin in your Surveyapp account.
How to make an existing user an Admin
- Login to Surveyapp, go to users list and then click on the user
- When editing the user, switch on the “Make Admin?” toggle and then save
How to add a restricted user
- Login to Surveyapp then go to users list
- Invite a user with the new email. Make sure to NOT switch on the “Make Admin?” toggle
Once the the user accepts your invite, they will be a restricted user in your Surveyapp account.
How to restrict an existing Admin user
- Login to Surveyapp, go to users list and then click on the user
- When editing the user, switch off the “Make Admin?” toggle and then save
