Click on the Responses tab (https://app.surveyapp.io/surveys/responses), select your survey from the dropdown and your date range.
Now, click on the Download Excel File button. You Excel file should be ready shortly, depending on the number of responses in your data set.
You will also be notified by email when your download is ready.
